The Ironclad Springboard is a methodical, proven brand strategy development program. As a certified Ironclad Brand Coach, you guide your people through this step-by-step process to identify their optimal North Star.

For executive coaches and consultants who become certified Ironclad Brand Coaches, the participants you guide would be your clients. For marketing leaders who become certified Ironclad Brand Coaches, the particiants you guide would be your internal teams and colleagues.

  1. characterize

    The Ironclad Springboard begins with the Explore Phase to establish context. You explore the sweet spot customer, primary competition, organizational strengths, and organizational character. The insights that surface in this phase form rich raw material for their brand positioning.

  2. stage

    In the Commit Phase, you synthesize the insights to reveal themes that are both compelling to their customer and ownable to their business. You develop a ladder of benefits and reasons to believe that specify the promise their business makes, how to prove that promise, and the reward the customer ultimately experiences as a result of that promise. You also define their organization’s character, personality and tonality to enable consistent and genuine brand expression.

    In the Infuse Phase, you guide participants to identify each stage of their customer’s journey with their brand. Explicitly describing the stages allows them to tailor their messaging and product offering for maximum impact. They come to see brand in everything their organization does.
